Whilst specialising in analytical engineering design, James has a natural ability for leading design teams, enabling them to execute cost-effective and ambitious solutions to solve both complex architecture and constructability. James focuses on achieving fluid crossdiscipline communication and employs a team-oriented approach to exceed client expectations. James completed a Bachelor of Science, followed by a Master of Civil Engineering at the University of Melbourne.
Michael has worked across structural, architectural, and civil disciplines on a broad scope of projects including high-end residential, high and low-rise developments, government and community-based projects within Melbourne. With over 15 years experience in the construction industry - Michaels digital engineering expertise drives his team-focused approach to achieve resolution across both documentation and engineering design to the highest detail. Michael completed both a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) at Deakin and Diploma of Civil Engineering at RMIT. Michaels experience in both engineering and architecture drives his passion for new technological applications of BIM and digital engineering within the industry.
